These chapters are a complete CVS book unto themselves; they amount to approximately 225 printed pages. On the other hand, I certainly wouldn't want to discourage you from purchasing the published treeware version:
You can get it directly from the publisher at http://www.coriolis.com/bookstore/bookdetail.cfm?id=1576104907 (due to Amazon.com's recent abuse of the patent system, I am participating in a boycott of Amazon, and ask that you not purchase this book, nor any other, from them).
Reviews:
Bob Arnson of Inpublishing's Developer News has reviewed the
book; you can read his review online. Andrew Grumet has reviewed it
at
Philip Greenspun's Bookshelf (the review is about midway down the page).
Pjotr Prins has written a review for the Netherlands Unix Users
Group e-zine, at
http://e-zine.nluug.nl/hold.html?cid=71.
And Elizabeth Zinkann has written a review for SysAdmin magazine:
http://www.sysadminmag.com/archive/0905/books.shtml (the review is
partway down the page).

Errata:
If you have a copy of the first printing, you may wish to consult the
list of known errors. This list applies
only to the treeware, and only for the first printing. The second
printing has corrected these bugs, and of course errors in the online
copy are corrected as soon as known, so there's no need to maintain a
list there.
